Because of the custom nature of our business, Elite Sports Apparel requires full payment within 7 business days of placing an order. Prior to placing an order we will provide you with a Sales Quote that shows the client exactly what their cost will be. This quote will show all cost including freight and sales tax, where applicable. For public as well as private schools, we will honor school purchase orders. We require a signed copy of the purchase order within 72 hours of order placement. Our terms on all purchase orders are COD. This means that payment must be sent within 48 hours of order receipt. Once an order is placed and confirmed, customers have 72 hours in which to revise their initial order request. Since most orders we accept are custom, revisions to orders will not be accepted after 3 days. We guarantee all of our work. If there are any problems with an order from Elite Sports Apparel , the customer should notify us immediately and we will work efficiently to get the problem resolved. All sales are final and any returns must have prior authorization.
